Covering 3 km, the Magufuli Bridge is an ultra-modern and longest bridge in East Africa. The bridge’s highest quality of workmanship provides spectacular viewing. Formerly the bridge was known as the “Kigongo-Busisi Bridge” that connects Mwanza with Geita, Kagera, Burundi, Rwanda, andUganda. Access to the bridge is open to the public by driving over the bridge en route to Sengerema, Geita, Kigoma, and Kagera. There are no tourist prices for viewing and driving across the bridge.
