The Mbozi Meteorite is a tourist attraction that is found in Mbozi District, Songwe region. At the site is found a meteorite stone that is believed to have fallen down from the space and is considered to be the fourth largest meteorite stone in the world. The meteorite is estimated to be 3 metres long, 1 metre high. And weighs 16 metric tons. The site where the meteorite is found is close to Mbeya City which makes it easy for day tour that costs USD $ 150 per person
